This study aims to dig deeper regarding women's leadership in the Quran. The approach taken this is a qualitative method. Where results are presented form of writing and sentences. Furthermore, research uses method content analysis on book interpretation by al-Qurthubi known as Tafsir Al-Qurthubi. From results, it can be concluded that Quran contains several verses related leadership. Among them: Q.S An Nisa 34, Naml 23-24, Ruum: 2. Which means Qur'an does not prohibit women from being leader. Women lead long they meet requirements leader adhere rules
